Mantigue Island is a 4-hectare island off the eastern coast of Camiguin — a protected marine sanctuary with white sand, dense vegetation in the interior, and a coral reef just off the beach that's perfect for snorkeling.

Boats from San Roque take 15 minutes to reach the island. Round-trip boat fare is around PHP 550-700. Entrance to the marine sanctuary is PHP 25 per person.

The snorkeling is the main attraction — visibility is typically 8-15 meters and the coral is in remarkably good shape compared to many Philippine reefs. Schools of small fish, occasional sea turtles, and bright soft coral make this a popular dive site too.

The island has limited facilities — cottages for rent, a basic restaurant, and toilets. The island closes for visitors at 4:30 PM.
